The Clerk of the Circuit Court hosts tax deed auctions as outlined in Chapter 197, Florida Statutes. We host online auctions for your convenience, every Tuesday starting at 9:00 a.m.
In addition to managing the auction, the Clerkâs office also processes claims for surplus funds, sells properties from the Lands Available listing, and sends unclaimed funds to the Florida Department of Financial Services.
